摘要：
本文在分析了传统企业管理信息系统的局限性和采用工作流技术带来改变的基础上，讨论了工作流的基本概念，并根据工作流参考模型提出了一种基于J2EE架构的工作流管理 系统模型，同时介绍了该系统模型的特点和应用。

Abstract:
Based on the analysis of the limitations of traditional enterprise management information systems and the advantages of the workflow technology applied in the information systems,we discuss the basic conception of workflow. With the reference of the existing workflow models, we propose an improved wor kflow management system model based on the J2EE framework, and simultaneously describe its features and applications.
