逻辑特征映射网络在教师考评工作中的应用研究

摘要:

对教师工作的考核,能够调动教师工作的积极性、主动性和创造性,同时也是建设一支具有良好思想道德品质和业务素质的教师队伍的一种重要手段。对教师工作考核的效用,往往因方法的不同而产生很大差异。本文采用逻辑特征映射人工神经网络对教师工作进行考核,提出了一种具有科学性、合理性、智能性的考评方法,能更直接有效地为决策者 提供决策依据。

Abstract:

Evaluating the performance at work helps enhance the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the academic staff,and helps build up a team with good moral standards and adequate professional competence. Nevertheless, the evaluation effect varies considerably due to the different measures adopted. The 
  introduction of LFM(Logistic Feature Mapping) Neural Network brings a scientific, intelligent and reasonable approach to the evaluation of the academi ic staff's performance. It provides the decision-makers with an effective and direct tool for reference.
