摘要：
本文分析了目前数字水印技术所采用算法的特点，介绍了自适应目标的离散余弦变换，并在此基础上提出了一种能够将数字水印嵌入到图像中任意形状目标物体中的算法。

Abstract:
This paper analyses the properties of current digital watermarking algorithms, introduces the theory of Target Adaptive DCT, and then proposes a water marking algorithm based on TA-DCT, which can embed watermarking into a target object of any shape in an image.
