摘要：
本文将压缩模糊控制器中模糊规则库的方法—奇异值分解（SVD）进行优化，让输入变量乘上比例因子，以防止输入空间信息丢失，从而提高系统的性能。

Abstract:
The paper optimizes the method of singular value decomposition （SVD） for compressing the fuzzy rule base in fuzzy controllers. The input variables a re multiplied by the scaling factors to prevent the information of input space from loss and then the performance of the system is improved.
