Abstract:

Accessing the algorithm performance plays an important role in the protein structure prediction. This paper provides a unified overview of performance  measurements widely used in the performance assess of the algorithms for protein structure prediction. We briefly discuss the advantages and disadvanta ges of each approach, and analyze the correlation and comparison among them. Furthermore, we discuss the considerations of some applications based on ne ural network modeling, and finally give the applicable area and workable principle of these measurements.
