Abstract: The domain knowledge of the nonstandardization organizations has seriously hindered the ontology and knowledge sharing, and the ontology of subjectivity and the rapid updating of knowledge ontology evolution propose requirements and also need the dynamic field of ontology properties that create a dynamic body, to adapt to the needs of ontology and knowledge base to share. In this paper, the situation calculus theory, the dynamic ontology of activities are characterized in the analysis of the business activities of enterprises built after the dynamic ontology, in order to build the dynamic process of the production management information that describes an instance of the example of the proposed ontology from the speechbased dynamic model which is presented for ontologybased learning and selfidentity conflicts. The paper gives the evolution version of the state transition graph, for the version of the ontology evolution management, in order to realize dynamic ontology's eventual establishment of business functions to achieve a dynamically shared ontology model.
