一种二极管测试机数据采集接口设计与软件实现

A Diode Detector Data Acquisition  Interface Design and Its Software Implementation

摘要:

二极管生产过程中的检测环节非常关键,传统的二极管检测设备虽然具有一定的智能性,能够将不合格的产品分离出去,但无法采集和存储检测数据。700系列二极管测试机属于通用型生产测试设备,能测试目前所有常用的二极管,但也存在上述问题,因此针对它进行改造意义深远。改造主要针对其CPU板进行,为其扩展RS232通信接口,使用MAX232芯片进行电平转换,并采用高速光耦6N137作为隔离元件,实现硬件功能;同时,编写数据采集处理软件,实现二极管检测数据的采集、存储,并通过统计分析为生产决策提供技术依据。数据传送的距离可以根据现场情况灵活决定,若距离较近,直接利用RS232数据线进行数据传送;反之,则可采用RS485/422转换传送。

Abstract:

Diode in the production process is key to the detecting section. The traditional diode test equipment although has a certain degree of intelligence, to qualified products, but to detect data cannot be collected and stored. The 700 series diode Tester is a universal production test equipment, which tests all the commonly used diodes, but these problems also exist, therefore, to be transformed for its farreaching significance. The transformation of the underlying CPU board, for its extension, uses the RS232 communication interface MAX232 chips as shifters, and adopts highspeed optocoupler 6N137 chips as insulation components to realize hardware functionality; at the same time, prepares the data acquisition and processing software, diode test data collection, storage, and statistical analysis to provide the technical basis for production decision. The data acquisition and transmission distance can be determined according to the situation. To proximity, the direct use of RS232 data cable for data transmission is feasible. On the other hand, you can convert using RS485/422.
