云台控制在旋转扫描式人体非接触测量中的应用

摘要:

在分析了云台结构、步进电机工作原理以及云台控制系统需求的基础上,选用M415B为步进电机驱动器,自行研制了基于AT89C51单片机的步进电机控制系统软硬件;利用VB系统编写上位机程序,并通过USB转串口实现了与单片机之间的通信。该系统已成功应用于激光旋转扫描式人体非接触测量系统。

Abstract:

On the basis of analyzing pantilt structure, the operating principle of stepping motors and the requirements of the pantilt control system, we adopt the M415B as the stepping motor driver, and develop the hardware and software for the stepping motor control  system on the basis of the AT89C51 microcontroller. The upper computer system is written by Virtual Basic Programming language, and we realize communications between the microcontroller and the controller through USBtoserial ports. The control system has been successfully applied in the laser rotating of the noncontact body scanning system.
