摘要: 电子病历的安全与患者隐私保护至关重要。为应对信息技术进步带来的数据安全风险,提出了一种基于动态属性的多重短签名加密的方案实现对用户的匿名认证以及数据的隐私保护,并简化数据管理。在区块链上使用智能合约以及上下文方式来实现动态调整阈值。并且,结合属性密钥更新与代理重加密算法,实现动态属性更新机制,做到更加细粒度的密钥更新。在Hyperledger Fabric平台上开发了区块链模块,测量了提出方案的验证和动态更新时间,实现了低开销、高性能。

Abstract: To ensure the security of electronic health records and patient privacy amidst data security risks from advancing information technology, a novel approach integrating multi-short signatures with dynamic attribute-based encryption is devised. This method facilitates anonymous user authentication, safeguards data privacy, and simplifies data management. The scheme leverages smart contracts and contextual information within a blockchain framework to dynamically adjust thresholds. Furthermore, it incorporates attribute-based key updating alongside proxy re-encryption algorithms to establish a dynamic attribute update mechanism, enabling precise and granular key updates. Developed on the Hyperledger Fabric platform, the solution was tested for verification and dynamic update times. Results indicate that the approach achieves low overhead and high performance.
