摘要：
在分析国内外电子政务发展的基础上,本文提出完善的电子政务绩效评估应该综合“产出”、“结果”和“影响”三个层次方面的内容,建立了相应的综合模式电子政务绩效评估模型,并运用实际案例对此模式进行了实证研究。研究表明,该模型是一个较为全面、系统的综合模式电子政务绩效评估模型。

Abstract:
Based on the development of E-government both at home and abroad, a complete performance evaluation method for E-government is presented to combine wi th the output,outcome and effect. Then a corresponding model of integrated patterns is established. And it is investigated by a practical instance. The study comes to a conclusion that the model is more complete and systematical.
