Abstract:

The fast development of computer and network techniques leads to the continuous innovations of service models, service environments and service means of library. Based on data mining and machine learning, this paper proposes the basic structure of a network-based intelligent learning system, which off ers an intelligent learning platform focusing on learners and their learning interests. Through discussing the key techniques of the system, the paper i ntroduces and analyses the process of individualized learning and the creation of learning interest models
