The combination of automation and intellectualization will be an important development direction of the future powder injection forming technique.Data mining technology is studied based on the sliding window of the injection mold temperature.The amendment and pretreatment of density distribution is done for the slice based on the CT slice of the injection semifinish products. Multisource data is fused using a data fusion approach based on neural networks.The effective control of the injection semifinished product density distribution is realized.
