以某钢铁企业物流管理公司车船监控系统研发为背景,全面总结了在运输作业单跟踪和系统集成等方面取得的各项成果,分析了钢铁企业销售物流管控自动化需求,提出了由数据层、应用层和表现层构成的系统逻辑结构,以及由通讯服务器、应用服务器和数据库服务器组成的系统框架结构,给出了系统实现的主要关键技术和客户端主要功能,其中C/S客户端的主要功能包括车船状态监控、历史轨迹回放、运输作业单跟踪、运输异常情况报警、实时运能分析等,B/S客户端与该钢铁企业CRM实现了系统集成,远程客户按订单项次号得到运输作业单信息后,就可以直接查看对应车船的实时位置和速度信息。

Taking the trucks and cargoboats monitoring system development for the logistics management department of an iron and steel enterprise as the background, the achievements in transportation bills tracking and systems integration are deeply summarized. The management and control automation requirements of the iron and steel sales logistics are analyzed. The system logical structure which consists of the data layer, the application layer and the representation layer is proposed. After that, the system architecture which consists of the communication server, the application server and the database server is also proposed. Finally, the key implementation technologies and the functions of clients are given. The functions of the C/S client include the status monitoring of trucks and cargoboats, history track replay, transportation bills tracking, abnormal transportation warning, and realtime analysis of transportation ability. The B/S clients are integrated with the CRM of this enterprise, where the remote customers can query the realtime position and the speed information of the corresponding trucks or cargoboats by the order number.
