数字房产建设是城市和村镇数字化建设的重要内容。本文首先从房地产管理信息化建设的现状出发，提出建立房屋基础时空数据库和基本楼盘表数据库，并以此为基础建立空间数据与业务数据统一管理的“地楼房”一体化数据库，实现房产数据的一体化共享；继而利用GIS、MIS、OA、WFS等技术，提出一体化的数字房产工程架构体系，集成房产业务系统及相关系统为一个整体，建立统一的房产行业平台，并将其应用于实际数字房产建设工程，为城市和城镇的数字化建设和行业集成提供了一定借鉴作用。

Digital estate plays a very important role in constructing the national economy.First, the basic spatial database of the houses and database of the building tables are considered from the status of estate management and information construction. The integrated “groundbuildinghouse” database which manages the spatial and business data is established based on the database of the basic building tables. Then, the integration framework of digital estate is presented using GIS, MIS, OA and WFS. During such a process, the estate system and other related systems are integrated and the uniform estate platform is established. The proposed approach is applied successfully in the digital estate construction of Shenzhen. The results of this work provide a new way for the design and implementation of digital estate construction systems.
