摘要：
该文充分利用现有的两种比较常规的技术IVR（自动语音应答系统）和SMS（短消息服务），设计出一种占用资源相对较少、灵活方便的话费查询系统。本文详细给出该系统的设计，以及实现过程具有参考意义的故障问题，最后用实际运营数据指出系统的性能参数。

Abstract:
The paper makes use of the two well-developed techniques called IVR and SMS to design a fee-query system, which occupies less resources and is more fl exible and convenient. This paper describes the design of the system in detail,and gives some representative problems occurred in the realization process. Finally the system performance is evaluated by the data tested in practical environments.
