摘要：
本文针对目前移动手持设备的固有缺点和现有网格技术的发展，对上网设备提出了一种分层模型的分类方法。在这种分层模型中，上层中可实现的功能被在它下面的层所支持 。在此方法指导下，我们设计出了一种从分层模型的PDA层和wAP层对网格资源存取访问的硬件模型，最后对相应的软件开发进行了说明。

Abstract:
This paper proposes a hierarchical classification method for the Internet-enabled devices. All functions in a layer are also supported by all underlying layers. According to this idea, we design a hardware prototype for grid access from two neighboring layers： PDA and WAP. Finally, we explain the cor rresponding software developments.
