液流通过节流孔的压力场的仿真研究

摘要:

为了研究节流孔的动态特征,该文对液流通过节流孔的过渡过程进行了数值解析。讨论了压力差的变化对流体初始加速度、平均轴速分量弧:、流量q和再附着点距离Z等的影 响,给出了在压力差变化的情况下ωm、q、z和时间的关系曲线。该文指出流量的微小变化也伴随着压力场的变化,所以用孔口流量计进行精密测量时要特别注意。

Abstract:

In order to understand the dynamic characteristics of office, we study the transient flow through a pipe orifice by numerical analysis. The effect of   pressure differences on the initial acceleration of flow, the mean axial velocity component ωw, the flow rate q, the distance of reattachment point z a and so on have been discussed. The relative curves of ωw, q, z with respect to t under variable variable pressures are shown. The small variation of th   he flow rate also accompanies the variation of the pressure field; therefore a special attention should be paid to the precise measurements of unsteady  flow using the orifice meter.
