摘要：
该文通过研究分析当前工作流产品和技术在应用环境中所面临的问题，提出一种基于Web Services的工作流管理系统的实现方式，详细讨论了其体系结构、工作流引擎模型的 设计，最后讨论了下一步要解决的若干问题。

Abstract:
On the basis of the research of workflow technologies and products in enterprise enviroments, this paper presents a way to realize a Web-Services-base d workflow management system. The structure of the system and the design of its workflow engine model are also elaborated. Finally, the paper discusses some questions in the future research.
