本文以网络教育系统集成为应用背景，阐述在支撑平台中实现的一个基于XML安全技术系统的设计方法、系统结构和功能模块，为开发其他应用系统提供了一个具有互操作性 、可移植性、可扩充性和可雏护性的安全平台。

Abstract:
Based on the application background of the E-Learning integration system, the paper gives the design method, system structure and functional modules o f an XML-based security system to be implemented in the E-learning integration platform. The system provides a good security platform with interoperability, portability, extensibility and maintainability for the development of application systems.
