基于Java 3D的生物大分子模拟可视化系统

摘要:

本文采用基于Java 3D的三维可视化编程环境,利用Java 3D、Java Applet、Java多线程等技术,开发了一个适于网络环境的生物大分子模拟的可视化系统,有效地解决了网络环境下生物大分子模拟计算中的三维图像的动静态显示、用户交互、进程控制等问题。

Abstract:

By adopting Java 3D as our visualization environment, and using Java 3D, Java Applet and Java multiple threads, a visualization system which is suitab le for Web circumstance on interactive bio-molecular simulation is developed. It can effectively resolve the problem of Web circumstance-based bio-molecular simulation such as the dynamic display of 3D images, user interaction and process control.
