摘要：
本文提出了一种基于圆周划分的模板匹配算法，与传统模板匹配算法相比，本算法具有速度较快、有一定的旋转不变性、抗干扰性好的特点。

Abstract:
A new template matching algorithm based on circle partitioning is presented. The new algorithm is faster and more robust than traditional template mat ching algorithms.
