摘要：
本文对常规模糊聚类方法进行了深入的研究，提出了一种基于自组织竞争神经网络技术的模糊聚类方法。仿真结果证明，这种方法可以有效地进行模糊聚类。

Abstract:
In this article, the usual methods of fuzzy clustering is studied thoroughly, a new method that brings self-organizing competitive neural networks into the field of fuzzy clustering is proposed. The emulational results show that this way can do fuzzy clustering effectively.
