本文分析了移动流媒体技术在GPRS网络上开展移动流媒体业务的可能性，提出了适于GPRS网络的移动流媒体解决方案，最后分析了目前可以开展的各种移动流媒体应用

Abstract:
In this paper, we first analyze the key technical problems in developing mobile streaming media business upon GPRS. Then we outline the current solut ions for mobile streaming media and compare their relative merits briefly. Hereon, we propose a novel solution which can be applied to GPRS. Finally we introduce several possible applications.
