Abstract:

Model Driven Architecture （MDA） is a new software development approach, and model transformation is the most important part in MDA. In this paper, we introduce the concept of model transformation, and summarize the structure of the model transformation approach, which consists of the source model, t he target model, the rule library and the transformation process control. This paper summarizes and classifies the existing model transformation approaches, surveys the most important several model transformation approaches , and finally gives the future trend of model transformation approaches.
