摘要：
为探索中小软件企业实施CMMI度量分析过程域的有效途径，本文首先比较了GQIM和PSM方法，然后结合ISO9001：2000质量管理体系提出了一个度量分析过程域的实施框架及其过程模型，最后说明了一些实践经验。

Abstract:
To find out an effective way of implementing the measurement and analysis （MA） process area of CMMI for SMEs（Small- and Medlum-Sized Enterprises）, the CQIM and PSM approaches are firstly compared in this paper. Secondly, a MA implementation framework and its process model are established according to the ISO9001：2000 Quality Management System. Finally some experiences are presented.
