Abstract:

This paper applies the Bayesian Network （BN） to large network management systems. By studying the consistency of the BN inference model, network fau lt diagnosis and maintenance decision, we propose a Diagnostic Bayesian Networks （DBN） model which consists of fault hypothesis nodes, observation nod des and maintenance nodes.
