摘要：
根据对视频时空切片的分析，本文提出了一种视频镜头突变检测的方法。该方法能实现在很小虚检概率的条件下对镜头突变的无漏检检测，且算法复杂度很低。实验证明，该 方法是鲁棒有效的。

Abstract:
According to the analysis of video spatio-temporal slices, we propose a novel algorithm for abrupt video shot change detection, which can realize the no-missing detection under the condition of few false detections with lower computational complexity. The experimental results show the method is effect ive and robust.
