摘要：
本文详细介绍了一种集成了标准8051MCU核和OSD输出控制逻辑的片上系统集成芯片。通过分析文字的点阵输出原理和行频、场频控制逻辑，实现了可编程的单片文本输出译码的片上系统设计，并对该系统的功能进行了仿真与验证。

Abstract:
This paper introduces a programmabe on-chip OSD output decoder system based on the 8051 MCU core. By analysing the dot-matrix output principle of letters and characters as well as the HV control logic, we design a system-onchip decoder, and verify the system functions through simulations.
