Abstract:

SPKI is a proposed standard for public-key certificates, and it is a new distributed and key-oriented access control system without the third party. In this paper, we propose a new SPKI-certificate-based electronic payment system. We argue that by using this system we can tackle many problems concerni  ng anonymity. Finally,we analyze the characteristics of the system.
