摘要：
针对中国税务信息化建设过程中存在的部分问题，本文详细介绍了基于WebGIS的税务综合管理系统的设计与实现的方法，提出了应用WebGIS技术进行解决的思路，并重点论述 了开发过程中解决数据无缝集成、地理参数量化等方面的具体实现方法。
关键词: WebGIS 空间数据库 地理定税参数
Abstract:
This paper proposes a method to solve the obstacles of employing information technology in China＇s taxation system. The authors introduce how to desi gn and implement a general taxation system based on WebGIS, and how to apply WebGIS to the system development. This paper focuses on the implementation of data seamless integration and geographical parameter quantization in the development process.
