Abstract:

Based on analysing the traditional JDL functional model,the paper points out that the traditional model should be improved because of the new technolo gies in the information fusion area, collaboration development and resource management, and so on. This paper studies how to improve the traditional fus ion functional model. Based on analysing the influence factors, this paper proposes a new level distribution mechanism so as to help people understand a nd develop information fusion systems.
