Abstract:

The instantaneous parameter estimation for communication signals is very important,for such parameters are abundant of information.In this paper we propose a new approach called orthogonal signal reconstruction（OSR）.A further analysis and experiments show that,in the conditions when SNR is very low, ,or the signal distortion is severe,the OSR approach performs far better than other conventional approaches.
