一种自适应的带票缓存集中控制算法

摘要:

早期智能网中的业务都是由电话网中的新业务进化而来的,它们带给SCP的负载差别不大。人们在研究SCP过载控制算法时往往把这种智能网近似地看成单业务智能网。随着智能网技术的发展,智能网上运行的业务越来越复杂,带给SCP的负载差别越来越大。在这种情况下,采用传统的SCP过载控制算法不能有效地对SCP的过载进行控制。针对这种情况,本文设计了一种自适应的带票缓存集中控制算法(ATBCC),它能够自适应地对过载业务进行控制。理论分析和实验结果表明,该算法具有效率高、健壮性强、公平性好的优 点。

Abstract:

The services in early intelligent networks evolve from the new services of the telephone network, whose distinction of load is not big. Researchers regard the early intelligent network as a single service intelligent network when they investigate the overload control algorithm for SCP. With the develo  pment of intelligent network technology, the services in the intelligent network become more complex, whose distinction of load is bigger and bigger, the traditional overload control algorithm for SCP can not control the overload in SCP effectively in this multi service environment. According to this co  ndition, the paper designs an adaptive algorithm for the ticket bank with centralized control(ATBCC), which can control the overload services in SCP  adaptively. The theoretical analyses and experiments prove ATBCC is efficient, robust and fair.
