Abstract:

The location of patch files is important for realizing the host-based vulnerability scanner and patch-pushed system（HVSPS）. In this paper, after the construction of HVSPS and the design of the patch database are introduced, the patch file location algorithm based on fuzzy match is presented. The tested results show the presented algorithm can improve the efficiency and fitness of patch file location.
