下一代互联网存储集群系统的设计与实现

摘要:

针对以IPv6为主要特征的下一代互联网的需求,本文介绍了将基于对象的分布式文件系统Lustre由仅支持IPv4改进为同时支持IPv4与IPv6双协议栈的设计原则与实现,并测试比 较了Lustre在IPv6与IPv4环境下的性能。其中的设计原则是通过分析Linux系统的IP协议栈得到的,因此同样适用于其他期望使用Linux的Socket接口实现支持双协议栈的网络程序。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the design and implemenation rules for proving Lustre, which is an object-oriented storage cluster,from supporting IPv4 only to    supporting IPv4 and IPv6 dual stacks. The new Lustre can be used on the next generation Internet to construct large-scale storage clusters. The design principles dissertated in this paper are concluded from analyzing Linux's network protocol stacks, so they are also useful in other network applications which are needed to support dual IP stacks through Linux Socket API.
