Abstract:

The current decision-support architectures all adopt data warehousing to store the analysis data in the system,and apply OLAP to realize the system an alytical functions. The efficiency of OLAP is affected because of the growth of Data Cube. This article provides a hierarchy-based OLAP varied-granulari ty storage strategy. In Data Cube,the strategy adjusts the granularity and datasets to fit analysis more effectively.
