气瓶焊接设备的虚拟设计与改装

摘要:

为了降低老旧设备改造的工程成本,本文提出了设备虚拟改装的概念。本文基于虚拟制造技术讨论了设备虚拟改装的原理和特点,提出了虚拟改装系统的实现方法和运行模式  ;探讨了老旧机床本体及新附加装置的建模方法,并在工业用非重复充装焊接钢瓶生产线建设中进行了焊接专机的改装实践。设计中可动态展示虚拟样机的结构、工作原理, ,确保了机床改装一次成功。结果说明,这些机床结构简单、成本低,在生产中能满足工艺要求。

Abstract:

In order to reduce the cost in reconstruction engineering for old equipment, the conception of virtual reconstruction equipment is presented. The prin ciple and characteristics of virtual reconstruction are discussed based on virtual manufacturing techniques. The manufacturing system for non-refillable  steel welded cylinders for industry use is built, and appropriate welding tool machines are reconstructed. The structure and working principle of virtu al prototypes are shown in the design process. The result shows that the welding tool machine's structure is simple, and the cost is low, and can satis  sfy the technology requirements in the production.
