Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of difficult bus query by the external passengers, the paper uses pattern matching, calculation of edit distance, semant ic computation and the technology of automatic QA （question answering） to implement a mobile bus query system based on the natural language QA. The st tation conception is introduced based on the abstraetion of bus station, which is used to expand station keywords and eliminate the ambiguity of queries . The bus lines are abstracted into a network model and the query logs are used in QA. And bidirectional transmission is realized by using mobile short message services. The experimental results show that it achieves the expected effect.
