FNM结合CFD在电子设备热设计中的应用

摘要:

本文通过对一高密度电子设备的热设计实践,将基于FNM技术的MacroFlow软件和CFD分析软件相结合,建立起系统级的流体网络模型;阐述了流体网络建模技术(FNM)结合CFD的设计思想,预测出整个系统中流量的分布情况。实测表明,此方法比仅用CFD技术高效、快速、成本低。这些优点显示了流体网络建模技术具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:

Through the design practice of a high-density electronic equipment, a flow network model of the entire system is then constructed by coupling MacroFlo w,which is based on Flow Network Modeling (FNM), and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Meanwhile, the design ideas of coupling FNM and CFD in ther rmal design are described, and the detailed flow distribution of air throughout the system are predicted. By the experimentally measured values, the app  roach is shown to be highly efficient, quick and cost effective compared with CFD only. It shows the future application of flow network modeling is pros  pected.
