Abstract:

The technology of composing the Web services can facilitate the exploring of the complex Web Services to improve the value increment of Web services.  The existing Web service composition methods are analyzed and compared, and then an approach of combining formalization and the industrial method is int   roduced to describe Web service composition. According to the characteristics of Web services and Web service composition, a description of Web service   composition based on software architecture is proposed. The extended XYZ/ADL which defines the components describing Web services and the connectors de      cribing the interaction between components is introduced. Finally an example is given to illustrate the usability of this description method of Web serv  ice composition.
