摘要：
本文以AHP层次分析法为基础，将平衡计分卡的四个角度（财务、客户、内部运营和学习成长）中的KPI（关键绩效指标）从数据库中导入到Delphi生成的网格之中。使用者可以通过比对1-9标度表来填写各个单元格，做到自动计算权重，赋权后还可以自动采取一致性检验判断信度。该程序具备较强的实用性，从而大大提高了KPI赋权的速度与效率。

Abstract:
Based on AHP, the paper introduces the KPI of the four aspects（finance, clients, internal operation and learning improvement） of the balance score card to the delphi-based grid from the database, The user can fill each grid by matching the 1-9 scales, facilitating the weight assignment and the consistency ratio test which depend on automatic operations. The program is practical, thus improves the weight assignment velocity and efficiency.
