一种基于内容分割的数字地图插值新算法

摘要:

本文以图像内容分割为基础,提出了一种插值新算法。该方法在HSV空间用DCT系数表征图像的内容差异,将图像内容划分为目标和背景两大类,并且将目标内容划分为两级重要度;根据使用者对目标和背景以及目标重要度的不同要求,对不同部分采用与之相适应的插值算法进行缩放处理。实验表明,该方法可以提高缩放处理速度,而且插值效果果不亚于经典的高质量插值算法。

Abstract:

This paper presents a new interpolation algorithm, which is based on the content division of images. In particular, the algorithm first utilizes the D CT coefficient in the HSV space to divide a given image into the target and the background, and divides the target into two different grades in importance. It then adopts different interpolation methods depending on the different requirements of the target, background and different grades. Extensive experiments show that the new algorithm improves the time complexity of scaling while delivering results comoarable to classic algorithms.
