基于虚拟容器队列的条烟自动分拣控制算法研究

摘要:

条烟自动分拣系统是工业控制在烟草物流领域中的重要应用。本文提出了虚拟容器队列的概念,建立了自动分拣控制算法的数学模型,并利用LabVIEW仿真了条烟自动分拣过程。该算法实现简单,应用方便,便于工业PLC控制,是一种开环控制算法。算法的正确性和可行性从仿真程序中得到了验证。

Abstract:

The automatic cigarette sorting system is a significant application of industrial control in tobacco logistics. In this paper, a new conception of vir tual queue container is proposed, a mathematical model of the automatic cigarette sorting algorithm is constructed and the automatic cigarette sorting p rocess is validated on LabVIEW. It is a kind of open-loop control algorithm which is easy-to-achieve, easy-to-operate and easy-to-implement on industria  l PLCs. The correctness and feasibility of the algorithm are verified through simulation.
