CREED:一种高可靠的能量高效的传感器网络分簇方法

摘要:

本文提出了一种高可靠的、能量高效的分簇协议CREED。CREED利用了802.11a/b/g技术的多速率能力分析了适合单跳的最佳传输范围,并基于此范围划分网络,同时提出了一种基于节点剩余能量的簇首动态备份机制EDDS,以加强CREED的容错能力。EDDS只需少量开销就可以支持快速的簇首选举和故障恢复。此外,CREED在簇间使用多路径方法来来保证数据传输的可靠性。本文最后通过模拟验证了CREED的性能。

Abstract:

In this paper, we propose a new reliable energy-efficient clustering protocol CREED. CREED takes advantage of the multi-rate capabilities of 802.11 a/ b/g technologies by reducing energy consumption per bit for a shorter transmission range. A dynamic cluster head backup scheme EDDS based on the nodes' ' residual energy is presented to enhance the fault tolerance of CREED. EDDS supports quick cluster head selection and failure recovery but needs only a little control overhead. CREED also includes an energy-efficient multipath method to guarantee reliable data delivery in inter-cluster routing. Simulation results verify the performance of CREED.
