Abstract:

Identity authentication （IA） is the first and most important shield in network security. The one-time password（OTP） authentication technology is the high-safety solution to implementation. But the IA system based on the OTP technology has some potential problems in the process of real application. The paper puts forth a strengthened IA system based on the OTP technology, which overcomes the weaknesses of the OTP authentication technology and is o f better security and practicability.
