Abstract:

With the rapid growth of the Internet businesses and the continuous emergence of new businesses, the network congestion control issue has become a hot topic. On the basis of massively studying the congestion control issue, we discuss the concepts and techniques of congestion control and congestion con   trol algorithms, and focus and study the ideal congestion control protocol and its evaluation indexes.
