远程故障诊断维护系统数据传输策略的研究与实现

摘要:

随着计算机网络通信及其相关技术的发展,远程故障诊断及维护技术逐渐成为故障诊断领域一个新的发展方向。及时、准确地传藉信息是诊断、处理现场故障的保障。根据特  种罐体焊接机故障远程诊断维护系统的需要,选择C/S模式网络体系结构;结合不同类型数据传输的特点,运用适当的方式,实现了数据实时、准确的传输。并通过系统的实际运行,证明了本远程故障诊断维护系统有良好的实用价值。

Abstract:

With the development of computer network communications and the related technology, the technique of remote fault diagnosis and maintenance has gradually become a new area of the direction of development. A timely and accurate transmission of information is the assurance of diagnosis and on-spot fault   treatment. According to the needs of a special remote tank welding machine fault diagnosis system, we choose the C/S network architecture, combine different forms of data transmission needs, employ the right ways, and achieve the real-time and accurate data transmission. The practical running of the sy stem proves that the remote fault diagnosis and maintenance system has a good practical value.
