Abstract:

NGN is developed by services. It is very important to develop the NGN service creation environment and its products for the NGN development. In this p  aper, the contents of the Service Creation Environment（SCE） based on Parlay/ OSA are introduced first. The products of the NGN Service Creation Enviro  onment based on Parlay/OSA in the existing markets are analysed, and Lucent＇s MiLife ISG, Appium＇ s G-Box and Ericsson＇s NRG （Network Resource Gatew way） are compared Ericsson＇s NRG simulator and an instance realized in the simulator are introduced finally.
