摘要：
多数信息系统对数据过滤的处理是以硬编码的方式实现。本文提出的方案以场景为基础，结合授权机制，可对数据隔离规则进行灵活的扩展。实践说明，该方案可极大地提高编码效率和代码的可靠性，降低了业务实现的复杂度。

Abstract:
Most information systems＇ data filtering is realized by hard coding. This paper provides a solution based on scenario, which can be extended flexibly to data-isolation rules combined with an authorization mechanism. The practice shows that this solution can improve coding efficiency and reliability g reatly, and can also reduce the complexity of business realization
