可编程交换机架构的呼叫中心研究

摘要:

通过对基于可编程交换机呼叫中心平台的研究,本文对比了基于语音板卡的呼叫中心,结合CTI中间件等技术提出可编程交换机呼叫中心体系结构,给出多进程消息队列处理 的ACD排队机制具体实现方式,并描述了业务逻辑功能和程序的数据结构。

Abstract:

With respect to the features and application of the call center system, the paper compares the call centers based on voice cards,combines with the CTImiddleware technology, and presents a solution based on the programmable switch framework. It also provides a specific way to achieve the ACD queueing  mechanism,which runs on multiple processes using the public message queues. It also focuses on the business logic functions and the data structure of the program.
